This bank could not provide me with 1 box of pennies an hour before they closed. Isn't that why we bank? to deposit and exchange monies. Not sure why I am a member of a bank that doesn't provide this service during normal business hours. I will be banking at a differnt institution.
Most of the time staff is friendly. Took at least an hour to set up a checking account with my daughter
Really nice but... 1 hour 15 min to set a joint checking account and safety deposit box. Unreal. Could have done it online in 5 min but need the box. I love love love Ally.
Called in the early AM left a voicemail, was completely ignored. Then called back and was met with a very unprofessional banker. Last time I checked they do a service for customers, and the audacity to think they are better than the customers who keep them employed is ridiculous. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
