I recently switched to Verizon. One of the best experiences ever! They came to my office to help me switch to the superior network! Josh was super knowledgeable but his assistant Tom was the one who really made sure things got done. I will definitely be working with them in the future and will recommend them to anybody who is in need of service!

The staff here is beyond fabulous. I recently had a warranty issue and Justin took care of everything for me up to and including standing up to the less than stellar 1st warranty agent. He flat out made sure I didn't get taken advantage of.. and I have the utmost confidence that this staff is looking out for me.
We attended a class this morning with Justin, Kirsten and Angelo at the Beaver Dam Verizon Store. We gained a lot of helpful information for better utilization of our iPhones. Love this location. The entire staff is non-commission based so they are not just about selling, but are about great service. They are locally owned and dog friendly. All big positives in my opinion.
