I f you are looking for a place to workout at that will help you with a complete transformation this is the place. Aspire is very welcoming, can accommodate all ages and abilities, will help you learn how to eat better, and how to get the most out of the programs. They have someone you can talk to all the time and all the people that work here and exercise here are all very encouraging. The high five at the end of the workouts is great. It's nice to see that everyone encourages you to keep going and not to give up, giving you more motivation.
This place gives you a great workout, there's no doubt about that. The trainers are nice and they are always switching it up so it's always a challenge. To be honest it's really expensive. I love working out there but I think $140 a month is ridiculous.
