The veterinarian was so friendly and worked well with my dog who normally has anxiety and the vet! He was very comfortable with her because she took her time with him. Very pleased!

I wanna thank all the staff for their kindness, compassionate, delicate manner after my best friend passed away. My dog Doodle was 16 years old. She passed away at home. I called Doodles regular vet for a cremation, however that office was closed for that week. So I called around and found The Animal Clinc Of Beaver Dam. They had never met Doodle before. Today I picked up my beloved dogs ashes. The woman at the counter, walked over to the cabinet where Doodles remains were. I watched her take this package off the shelf and noticed how very careful she was. She handed the package to me in a beautiful navy blue velvet bag with a drawstring at the top. With this embroidered in gold. "Until we Meet Again At The Rainbow Bridge".I opened the bag and on top was a clay paw print with Doodles name engraved and a red heart shaped jewel embedded in the plaque. Ashes were placed in a classy looking white box. NOT TIN, which I have seen so many times before.Also a certificate of cremation with her full name on it.
I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. I only wish the staff had the opportunity to meet us long before Doodle passed. They did such a heartfelt, amazing memorial for my best friend.
